Die Vorgeschichte ist naturgemäß noch weiter unten angelinkt: Die Entscheidung des Richters erfolgt möglicherweise erst in ein paar Tagen. -.-. --.- -.-. --.- -.-. --.- -.-. --.- -.-. --.- -.-. --.- There was a press tele-conference this morning with John Gilmore (board member of the EFF), Allon Levy (counsel), Richard Horning (counsel), Tara Lemmey (director of the EFF), Eben Moglen (chief ass-kicker for the defense) and myself. It went very well. We had calls from USA Today, the LA Times, etc. Thanks to Chris Dibona for bringing the shirts... I was able to work them in to the conversation. I got a laugh from the journalist when I explained that the preliminary injunction would make it illegal for him to link to a photograph of me wearing this shirt (provided one could make out the source). Eben and John Gilmore did an excellent job of explaining the Big Picture issues in a way that left no room for misinterpretation. I think we're going to see more articles that look favorably upon the defense. Robin Gross was, I hope, sleeping during the call. When I talked with her just before 9am, she'd been up all night working on filings for the New York case. The judge is not going to call any of us back to court for the PI hearing.
